To access the tools within our main laboratory interface, the following conditions must be met:
- Active Internet Connection: We require a live network for service verification and delivery. Tool Labz does not support offline usage at this time.
- Cookie Consent: You must "Accept All" in our cookie banner. This enables the infrastructure that keeps this lab free and professional.
- No Script Blockers: If Analytics or Ad scripts are blocked by shields (e.g., Brave) or extensions, the site dashboard will automatically lock.
Access is governed by strictly client-side validation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Engage in automated scraping or data mining of our website.
- Attempt to abuse or overload our infrastructure.
- Redistribute our proprietary code or tools without explicit permission.
- Use our tools to generate or manage illegal content.
5. Intellectual Property
The Tool Labz website, code, and original content are owned by Tool Labz.
- User Inputs: You retain full ownership of any data you input into our tools.
- Third-Party Libraries: Open-source libraries (qrcode.js, marked.js, etc.) are governed by their respective licenses.
6. No Warranties
All tools and information are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Our tools are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tool Labz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our tools. Use calculators and converters at your own risk.
8. Advertisements
Tool Labz uses Google AdSense to serve advertisements. We do not control ad content and are not responsible for advertised products or services.
9. Third-Party Libraries
We utilize qrcode.js, marked.js, JsBarcode, and JSZip. These are hosted locally for privacy and performance, governed by their respective open-source licenses.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
